• Minimum Bet: The minimum stake per bet on 1xslot is Rs 50. This applies to single bets, accumulator bets, and system bets across all sports markets.

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including identity fraud, payment fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Multi-accounting or any other attempt to circumvent 1xslot platform rules.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Initiation of unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals.
• Behaviour that is threatening, abusive, or offensive toward 1xslot staff or other players.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other criminal activity involving your 1xslot account.

In the event of account suspension or termination:

• Any pending or in-flight bets or game rounds at the time of suspension will be settled according to their outcome in the normal way, unless the suspension is due to fraud, in which case all activity may be voided pending investigation.
• Where funds are withheld during a fraud or bonus abuse investigation, 1xslot will aim to conclude its review within 30 days and communicate the outcome to you via your registered email address.
• If you voluntarily close your 1xslot account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding any active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method.

1xslot's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 1xslot account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1xslot does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime. 1xslot shall not be liable for losses caused by platform unavailability, provided it uses commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 1xslot holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute arising between you and 1xslot in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first contact 1xslot's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. 1xslot aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution body specified under 1xslot's applicable gaming licence. 1xslot will co-operate fully with any such process.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
